Pest/mite removal

We will treat the area rug by storing it in a specialist-freezing chamber for a sufficient period of time required to destroy both active pests as well as their eggs. The rug is returned to air temperature gradually, and once our technicians are satisfied the problem has been resolved, the rug is cleaned as per normal, and the remaining waste extracted.
Traditional pest control:

Alternatively, if you require a speedier clean and treatment; once your rug has been thoroughly beaten, cleaned and dried, we can apply a colorfast chemical that lasts for up to three months, and kills pests on contact. Each method has its Pro’s and Cons and we would suggest you contact us prior to ordering this service such that we help discover the best option for you.

Rinsing

In nearly all cases, your rug will have undergone some form of prior cleaning regime. Unfortunately, many high street spot cleaning products, urine contamination products, and even professional carpet cleaners leave their cleaning chemicals in the pile as they are not extracted thoroughly.
Our process involves thoroughly rinsing these agents out in order to ensure our own chemicals not only perform as expected, but that any new or unseen issues not detected at the initial inspection are immediately relayed to you.
